Reclamo: Disagreement related to products or services.
Queja: Disconformidad no relacionada a los productos o servicios; o, malestar o descontento respecto a la atención al público.
Destinatario: consumidor o proveedor o INDECOPI según corresponda
* The formulation of a claim does not prevent recourse to other dispute resolution channels nor is it a prerequisite for filing a complaint with INDECOPI.
* The supplier must respond to the claim within a period of no more than thirty (30) calendar days, and may extend the period for up to thirty (30) more days, after notifying the consumer.
